其实世界卫生组织从来没有正式提“道德健康”
在世界卫生组织(WHO)官方网站上有WHO关于健康的英文定义.我试将其翻成中文,希望抛砖引玉.更重要的是要澄清一个事实,即WHO1948年的健康定义从来没有修改过,并不象有人说的WHO在1990年代加了所谓的”道德健康”.
我的中文翻译如右:什么是世界卫生组织健康的定义? 健康是一种完整的躯体、精神以及社会的美好状态，而不是仅仅没有疾病或身体虚弱。该定义的参考文献来源是：世界卫生组织宪章的序言。该宪章经1946年6月19日-7月22日在纽约举行的世界卫生大会通过接受，由61个国家的代表于1946年7月22日签署（世界卫生组织官方记录，第2号，第100页）。世界卫生组织宪章于1948年4月7日正式生效。世界卫生组织健康定义自1948年以来从未修改过。

What is the WHO definition of health?
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The bibliographic citation for this definition is: Preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization as adopted by the International Health Conference, New York, 19 June - 22 July 1946; signed on 22 July 1946 by the representatives of 61 States (Official Records of the World Health Organization, no. 2, p. 100) and entered into force on 7 April 1948. 其实稍有点常识的人都明白，只要在世界上还存在完全不同的价值道德观念，在现阶段世界性的组织就不可能达成共识。
